Experience
He has over 30 years of experience in corporate and contractual law, having been responsible for hundreds of company structurings, fundraising transactions, reorganizations, corporate disputes, and M&A transactions for clients across various industries. Ranked as a leading attorney in M&A transactions by internationally recognized legal directories, including PBV Monitor, and as “Most Admired Lawyer” in the 2018, 2019, 2024, and 2025 editions of Análise Advocacia, and in the 2023–2025 editions of Análise Advocacia Regional. He has international experience, having worked as of counsel at the law firm Srour, Fisher and Mandell LLC in New York (USA). He also holds 5 years of C-Level executive experience at publicly-held and large-scale companies. He served as Reporting Judge of the 4th Panel of the Ethics Tribunal of the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB/SP) in 2022 and 2023.
He is currently a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP), where he serves as Vice-President of the Market Commission; and a full member of the Corporate Litigation and M&A Disputes Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP). He is also a Guest Lecturer in the Board Member Training Program at the Alumni Association of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

She has more than 30 years of experience representing companies and financial institutions in Brazil and the United States in matters of international and banking law, with a focus on Compliance and, in particular, Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism – PLDFT, as well as Fraud and Corruption through the creation and implementation of internal programs of compliance, supervision, training, auditing and conducting internal investigations. She has authored several articles on the subject for the New York Bar Law Journal and the American Bar Law Journal. Editor of topics related to Money Laundering and Anti-Corruption for the Practicing Law Institute. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (São Paulo Section), of the New York State Bar, with authorization to act as a lawyer before the State and Federal courts of the State of New York , as well as the Israeli Bar Association (Lishkat Orhei Hadin) as a foreign lawyer, having actively participated in discussions on the Israeli bill against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism in the Knesset (Parliament of Israel).
